YOUNG drinkers in Britain are to be asked if consuming certain brands of alcoholic drink makes them believe they are “cool” due to the way they are advertised.

A group of 70 people aged between 18 and 25 will be interviewed as part of a new University of Bath project.

Previous projects related to binge-drinking have examined how much young people drink but not how they feel about alcohol and why they choose particular brands.
