Manilow signs Vegas deal

BARRY Manilow has signed a $50 million deal to perform nightly for a year at the Las Vegas Hilton hotel.

The singer will open on Valentine’s Day next year and the contract is said to be one of the highest paid ever - bigger even than Celine Dion’s $80m, three-year deal at Caesar’s Palace in the US gambling capital.
