Expert issues terror warning

IT is only “a matter of time” before terrorist groups launch a chemical or biological attack against civilian populations, a south-east Asia terrorism expert said yesterday.

Rohan Gunaratna, head of the International Centre for Political Violence and Terrorism Research told a conference in Australia that terrorist organisations are training recruits to wage chemical and biological warfare.
