Elliott cancels Indonesia shows

HIP-HOP star Missy Elliott cancelled a planned concert in Indonesia after the US Embassy warned Americans about potential terrorist attacks in the country, the singer’s promoter said.

Elliott, scheduled to perform in Jakarta tomorrow as part of an international tour, would have been one of the best-known US artists to appear there in years.

“We apologise to all the fans of Missy Elliott because of this cancellation,” said Roberto of the show’s promoter, Lunar Entertainment.
