NORTH Korea has accepted a US offer of medical supplies after last month’s deadly train explosion.

It was not clear whether North Korea also accepted the US offer to send a team of specialists in emergency medicine to work with the North Koreans following the April 22 train explosion in the town of Ryongchon that killed at least 161 people.
