Co-ops consider options as IAWS offers €50m for elements of SWS

BANDON-BASED South Western Services has had a €50 million offer from IAWS Co-ops for key parts of its business.

The deal has moved from a merger to an outright takeover of the energy, waste and business process outsourcing end of the businesses.

It has a March 7 deadline and a tricky earn-out clause that has to be negotiated further.
