Low-cost estate agent gets Northern exposure

A low-cost challenger to the dominance of traditional estate agencies is being rolled out across Northern Ireland.

Optimum Real Estate, which was launched in Bangor, Co Down last month, is now going province- wide.

It was set up by Holywood businessman Trevor Patterson who was so shocked at estate agency fees when he sold his house that he decided to set up his own operation.
