Fifteen injured after train mishap

FIFTEEN people were injured, one seriously, after a mishap triggered the emergency brake system of a passenger train just south of Innsbruck in Austria.

Yesterday’s accident happened when the train’s brakes were set off after the engine separated from the 23 carriages it was pulling.

A conductor was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
