The proud mother was showing off the latest addition to her family - a super little model named Clementine.

The whole family was together with mother and baby yesterday when they left the central London hospital where Schiffer gave birth.

Clementine - a sister for 22-month-old Caspar - was protected from the cold with a white blanket.

The one-week-old is the second child of director Matthew Vaughn and Schiffer.

The 34-year-old German-born supermodel married Layer Cake director Vaughn in Suffolk in May, 2002.

Last week 33-year-old Vaughn said he was “thrilled” about the birth of his “beautiful daughter.”

He said: “It is difficult to put into words how I feel at the moment.

“We are absolutely thrilled at our newest addition to our family.”

Schiffer met Vaughn at a party in Los Angeles.

The supermodel began her career on the catwalk in 1987 after being spotted in a nightclub.

She went on to model for Chanel and achieved supermodel status in the 1990s.

Schiffer has appeared in about 10 films. She was a long-time fiancée of magician David Copperfield, but they never married.
