Russian launch delayed

RUSSIA yesterday indefinitely postponed the already much-delayed launch of a military satellite from the Baikonur cosmodrome for technical reasons, Russia’s Space Forces said.

There was no further explanation. The Zenit-2 rocket carrying a Kosmos satellite had originally been scheduled to take off from the launch site in Kazakhstan last month, but the launch was postponed because of a rocket breakdown.
