Moss tops the list for fashion

SUPERMODEL Kate Moss has retained her crown as the world’s best-dressed woman — while Jodie Marsh is the worst-dressed.

The 32-year-old topped Glamour magazine’s annual style list for the third year running.

Her cocaine scandal has done nothing to diminish her in the eyes of the fashion pack.
