Malaysian militant jailed
The sentencing of Syamsul Bahri bin Husin was the latest in a series of terror convictions in the world’s most populous Muslim nation, which has arrested scores of suspected militants since the Bali attacks.
Judges said Bahri attended planning meetings with members of the al-Qaeda-linked Jemaah Islamiyah terror group ahead of the Bali attack, which killed 202 people, and the Marriott blast that killed 12.
