WORLD renowned physicist Professor Stephen Hawking has been moved to a specialist heart and lung hospital.

The disabled scientist is now being treated at Papworth Hospital in Cambridge after being admitted to the city’s Addenbrooke’s Hospital last week.

His condition is described as stable and he is said to be having treatment in relation to his pneumonia. The 62-year-old, who suffers from motor neurone disease, is currently the subject of a police investigation into allegations that he had been abused.
