Boy, six, fatally shoots grandfather

A SIX-YEAR-OLD boy shot his grandfather dead in what police believe was a deliberate attack, it emerged yesterday.

James Zbinden, 59, was found dead by a neighbour after suffering a wound from a .22-calibre rifle.

Police said the boy, who has not been named, had attacked other family members in the past and has a history of mental illness.
