Meanwhile, the brother of Iorworth Hoare said he felt sorry for the victims and wants nothing to do with the new millionaire or his fortune.

Hoare, aged 52 - known as Ivor by his family - was on temporary release staying at a Middlesbrough bail hostel when his numbers came up in last Saturday’s Lotto Extra draw. As a day release prisoner he will be allowed to keep his prize.
