North Korea vows to spark a ‘crisis’

NORTH KOREA claimed South Korean war ships violated its territorial waters yesterday, and warned of “an unpredictable crisis.”

South Korea’s Defence Ministry denied the charge.

In recent weeks, the two Koreas have exchanged accusations over a disputed western sea border, adding to tensions caused by the North’s suspected development of nuclear weapons.
