Police appeal for help in hunt for missing girls
Officers said they were becoming increasingly concerned for the safety of Ayesha Ali, 12, and Mariam Mehmood, 13, from the Redbridge area of Ilford, east London. Neither has gone missing before.
Both were last seen on Tuesday at their school, the Science and Technology School, in Loxford Lane, Ilford.
