A TINY red-brick shed in Wales has been sold for more than 40 times its guide price of £730 after attracting massive interest.

The former telephone exchange, which measures a compact 15.8ft (4.84m) by 9.4ft (2.88m), is situated in rural Pembrokeshire.

The slate-roofed building, which went for £31,000, stands in a small fenced area of land and boasts “magnificent coastal views”, according to Bob Jones-Prytherch and Co Estate Agents.
