Artists reveal world view of death and deformity

TURNER Prize favourites the Chapman Brothers gave an unprecedented glimpse yesterday of their world of death, deformity and depravity as a career retrospective of their work was unveiled.

For the first time their major works of the past decade are being displayed together, including disturbing but acclaimed pieces such as Hell and DNA Zygotic. Charles Saatchi has been a champion and avid collector of their art for many years and is displaying their work at his London Gallery.

Jake and Dinos Chapman are nominated for this year's Turner Prize Britain's best known art award and are the bookies' favourites to take the title in December.
