The former Hollywood madam reportedly is a witness in an unrelated domestic violence case against Sizemore. Prosecutors filed 16 misdemeanour charges on Wednesday against Sizemore, including counts for making about 100 harassing telephone calls to Fleiss in a one-year period, said Eric Moses, a city attorney’s spokesman.

Charges include intimidation of a witness (Fleiss), vandalism, threatening to inflict injury to a person or property, corporal injury resulting in a traumatic condition and making obscene phone calls. The television program, Celebrity Justice, has reported that Sizemore allegedly left messages on Fleiss’s answering machine threatening to knock out her teeth, kill her and harm members of her family.

Sizemore’s attorney, Robert Barta, did not immediately return a recorded phone message seeking comment.

Sizemore’s arraignment was set for June 6. He faces up to 13 years in prison if convicted of all the charges. Wednesday’s charges were the latest allegations of violence against Sizemore since a December claim by a woman who told police he punched her in the face and threatened her.

Sizemore pleaded innocent to five misdemeanour charges in that case, including domestic violence, battery, violating a restraining order, making criminal threats and dissuading a witness. He was freed after posting bond.

On May 8, Sizemore was arrested again for intimidating another witness in that case, former fiancee Fleiss. He was freed after posting $100,000 bond. Days after that arrest, CBS cancelled the drama, Robbery Homicide Division, in which Sizemore starred, as a detective, citing poor ratings, but not the actor’s arrest.

On Tuesday, a judge added Fleiss as a fourth person in a protective order barring Sizemore from having contact with the alleged abuse victim and two witnesses. He also was ordered to stay 100 yards away from Fleiss.
