Dutroux trial

TWO young women were set this week to testify at the murder and rape trial of Belgian pedophile Marc Dutroux about how he allegedly held them in captivity in the cellar of his house.

Dutroux trial

Dutroux is charged with kidnapping and rape of six girls, and the murder of two of them.

The court will hear evidence today from Sabine Dardenne, abducted in 1996 near the town of Tournai.

Dardenne, 12 at the time of her abduction, was found in a cellar under Dutroux’s house along with Laetitia Delhez.

Delhez, also kidnapped in 1996, will give evidence tomorrow.
