Their statement came after 27-year-old Abbie Gibson offered undertakings - pending any trial or further court order - not to disclose further “confidential” information about their six-year marriage.
Mr Justice Eady, at London’s High Court, was told that Ms Gibson was also prepared to “hold” the £125,000 (€185,000) she received for a story which appeared in the News of the World last weekend.
