Mass murderer offers £1m reward to help clear his name
In a letter posted on his personal website, Bamber, 41, said he could “guarantee” the payout for any new information which could secure his release from prison.
His appeal comes just nine days after three senior judges ruled that they had “no doubt” about the safety of his October 1986 convictions.
