Fatal arson attack linked to bullying

AN arson attack on a family home which left a mother and father dead was the result of a campaign of bullying against their teenage daughter, her brother claimed yesterday.

Maureen Cochrane, 45, and her 54-year-old husband Alex died after the blaze broke out at their home in Brooklands, Greater Manchester.

Their 16-year-old daughter Lucy, who has learning difficulties, remains critically ill in hospital.
