Report builds case against Saddam’s barbaric regime

A HARROWING dossier of torture, rape and other human rights abuses by the Iraqi regime is to be released by Foreign Secretary Jack Straw today as Britain continues to build its case against Saddam Hussein.

The report will contain first-hand detailed graphic accounts by Iraqi victims of the regime’s human rights abuses, as well as intelligence evidence from aid charities working in Iraq.

It will be clear that the abuses are carried out as a policy of the Iraqi dictator, Mr straw will say.
