No injuries as blast hits McDonald’s

BOMB exploded in the car park of a McDonald’s restaurant in Istanbul yesterday, causing damage but no injuries, an official said.

Police received a warning call minutes before the blast and searched the area, but did not find the bomb, which was apparently underneath a car, said an official.

One car was destroyed and several others were damaged in the blast.
