Crackdown on rogue directors begins

COWBOY directors will rapidly become an endangered species as changes in the Company Law Enforcement Act are implemented.

This follows publication of all insolvent firms on the Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement’s website (www.odce.ie).

Some 281 insolvent companies were listed on the site.
