HOTEL heiress Nicky Hilton has married a New York money manager in an impromptu pre-dawn ceremony in Las Vegas, according to court files.

Hilton, 20, married Todd Meister, 33, at the Las Vegas Wedding Chapel, according to a marriage licence.

It was reported older sister Paris Hilton and actress Bijou Phillips were present during the 2.30am ceremony.
