Vinnie Jones charged over air rage incident

FOOTBALL star turned actor Vinnie Jones was charged by police yesterday over an alleged air rage incident, police said.

The 38-year-old was travelling in the first-class cabin of a Virgin Atlantic plane from Heathrow to Tokyo when the incident is alleged to have taken place.

“Jones, 38, an actor, was charged with being drunk on an aircraft, using threatening abusive or insulting words, and common assault on a passenger,” a Scotland Yard spokesman said.
