Bookies expect J-Lo and Affleck to marry and divorce next year

GWYNETH PALTROW and Chris Martin are the celebrity couple most likely to find wedded bliss in 2003, according to bookmakers.

Ladbrokes is offering evens on the Coldplay frontman proposing to Gwyneth in the next 12 months and they are 2-1 to tie the knot.

Hollywood pair Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are still 1-5 to marry on Valentine's Day but they are 3-1 to divorce by the end of the year.

Twice-wed J-Lo has reportedly called off their February 14 nuptials in a fury after finding out that Ben's best friend Matt Damon had tried to talk him out of the marriage.

Liverpool star Danny Murphy and actress Joanna Taylor are 5-1 to wed this year, with the Prince of Wales and Camilla Parker Bowles at 8-1.

And serial rock bride Patsy Kensit is 50-1 to get hitched to a member of boy band One True Voice, while a big day for Gareth Gates and Jordan is a 100-1 long shot.

Elsewhere in Ladbrokes's New Year's odds, the chances of One True Voice or their Popstars rivals Girls Aloud seeing out the year do not look promising.The girl group are 3-1 to split, while One True Voice are at 4-1. The bookies still reckon Girls Aloud will have the most number one hits.

And they predict that Fame Academy winner David Sneddon will top the charts more times than One True Voice, Will Young or Gareth Gates.
