Weeping Sizemore refuses to testify at Fleiss abuse trial

SAVING Private Ryan actor Tom Sizemore has declined to give evidence in his domestic abuse trial in Los Angeles.

But he cried in court as he watched a video of his ex-girlfriend, former Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss, declaring her love for him.

Both the defence and prosecution rested in the fifth day of the trial after Fleiss testified against him for a second time. Sizemore, 41, who also appeared in Black Hawk Down, faces charges including threatening to inflict injury, vandalism and making about 100 harassing phone calls to Fleiss.
