Rebels attacked a village in northern Uganda, hacking to death 11 people including four children.

At least 20 rebels from the Lord’s Resistance Army attacked Apungi village to replenish food supplies, district administrator Peter Lochap said.

A six-month-old baby was among those killed in the troubled district, 170 miles north of the Ugandan capital.
