Three people in a minibus were killed and seven others seriously injured when their vehicle was in collision with a high-speed train on an unmanned rail crossing on farmland.

Passengers on the First Great Western Hereford to London train spoke of a "hell of a bang" when the train hit the minibus at 8.24am at Pools Crossing, two miles west of Evesham, Worcestershire.
