BRITNEY SPEARS’ fiancé is a father for a second time.

Dancer Kevin Federline’s former girlfriend, actress Shar Jackson, delivered their baby yesterday at a California hospital, her manager told People magazine.

The baby’s sex was not reported and a pop star Britney did not react publicly.
