Kilroy-Silk vows to wreck EU parliament

THE UK Independence Party promised yesterday to wreck the European Parliament after its stunning gains in the European elections as Tony Blair’s Labour Party crashed to its worst result since 1918.

The hard-line euro-sceptics pledged to become a mass movement in Europe after quadrupling their tally of MEPs to 12.

Labour took 19 seats with 23% of the vote its lowest level in any national elections since 1918.
