Blair to claim Iraq trained al-Qaida terrorists

THE dossier which British Prime Minister Tony Blair will produce as evidence against Saddam Hussein will reveal the Iraqi dictator trained leading al-Qaida terrorists, it was reported yesterday.

A draft version of the dossier contains detailed information about how Abu Zubair and Rafid Fatah key lieutenants of Osama bin Laden underwent training in Iraq and retain links to the Baghdad regime, according to the Sunday Telegraph.

Downing Street has refused to comment on the dossier ahead of its publication onSeptember 24, the day when parliament will be recalled to debate the Iraq crisis.
