Teenage kidnap victim free
The kidnapper forced the girl, whose identity was not released, into his car at knifepoint when she was cycling near the eastern Dutch city of Rekken on Sunday. Police believe the man, a Dutch national, had been missing from a mental clinic in Utrecht since May 11.
Police surrounded his car near the German city of Muenster and negotiated with the man for five hours before he released the girl.
