MP attacks rapist’s £7m win

RAPIST Iorworth Hoare should be stopped from receiving his £7 million win in the British lottery win, a Cabinet minister said yesterday.

Culture Secretary Tessa Jowell, who has responsibility for the Lotto, said it was right to intervene in such “a very specific case.”

Shadow culture minister Boris Johnson disagreed, saying taking the money away from Hoare would not be “Christian”.
