Jagger files $20m suit over 'infested' home

BIANCA Jagger complains in a $20 million lawsuit that her Park Avenue apartment house is not a proper home because it is infested with toxic mould.

Jagger, 58, accused the owner and managing agents of her Manhattan building of negligence, breach of contract and fraud.

She said in court papers that she had been constructively evicted because water leaks and mould contamination made the apartment uninhabitable.
