Keith Andrews has been named on a six-man shortlist for the Premier League's manager of the season award.
The former Ireland international is listed alongside Bournemouth's Andoni Iraola, Manchester United's Michael Carrick, Arsenal's Mikel Arteta, Manchester City's Pep Guardiola, and Sunderland's Regis le Bris.
The winner will be decided by a combination of a public vote and panel of football experts.
Andrews was widely tipped to struggle at Brentford this season after he stepped up from set-piece coach last summer to succeed departing boss Thomas Frank. While Frank faltered and was eventually sacked at Tottenham, former Ireland assistant coach Andrews exceeded widespread expectation to have the Bees in touch with the European places for most of the season.
Brentford currently sit eighth, with a Europa Conference, or even Europa League, place still up for grabs with two games remaining.
