Stirling Albion have put manager Alan Maybury on gardening leave having decided not to extend the Dublin native’s contract beyond the end of the current season.

The former Republic of Ireland international leaves the Binos sitting from third bottom in the Scottish League 2 and all but safe from the threat of relegation, although they would be bottom if Edinburgh City and Dumbarton had not received points deductions.
