Darragh Markey’s move from Drogheda United to Derry City, as first flagged by the Irish Examiner, has been confirmed.

Markey (28) is Tiernan Lynch’s first new recruit ahead of the 2026 campaign that will include their entry into the Europa League with the parachute of the Conference League.
