Playr-Fit have begun legal proceedings against Dundalk FC due to an unpaid debt of €130,000 for kits they have supplied and claim an agreement that relates to the issuing of a licence to compete in the League of Ireland last year was also broken.

The Armagh based manufacturer has been working with the Louth side for the past three seasons during which the club has faced financial difficulties.
