Conor Coventry has been called into the Ireland squad ahead of the Armenia World Cup qualifier in the Aviva Stadium on Tuesday.
Coventry has been called in to replace Josh Cullen who has returned to his club after picking up a second yellow card of the campaign and will miss the Armenia clash due to suspension.
Coventry was previously in the Ireland squad for their heavy defeat to England in Wembley last year. The 25-year-old has yet to win a senior cap having played for Ireland from U16 to U21 levels.
He plays his club football with Charlton and has been a regular for the side who currently sit 13th in the Championship.
