Shamrock Rovers defender Josh Honohan has been called into the Republic of Ireland squad for their World Cup qualifier away to Armenia.
The defender, who was in the Ireland squad for their friendly matches against Senegal and Luxembourg back in June but didn't play any minutes, replaces Sammie Szmodics, who suffered a knock during the Boys in Green's 2-2 draw with Hungary on Saturday night.
