Athlone will face Glasgow City in the Women’s Europa Cup qualifier

The home and away legs being contested on September 10/11 and 17/18.

Athlone Town have qualified for the first-ever Women’s Europa Cup by beating Red Star Belgrade 2-0 in Saturday’s playoff and will now face Glasgow City.

Goals in each half from Kelly Brady and Roisin Molloy saw off the Serbian side nowadays known as Crvena Zvezda, setting up a tie against Glasgow City next month.
