Title chasing Dundalk eased three points closer to the title, and a return to the Premier Division with an emphatic dismantling of mid-table Treaty United. A quartet of first half goals saw Ciaran Kilduff’s charges secure a fifth consecutive win on the bounce.

Daryl Horgan was the star attraction, bagging a hat-trick, as well as setting up a couple more some 15-years after he featured in Limerick in a 5-0 loss as a teenager when lining out for Salthill Devon.
