Derry booked their place in the Ulster U-20 Football Championship semi-finals with a 1-26 to 2-13 win over Cavan at Kingspan Breffni Park that saw them top their group.

They join Donegal in the last four, while All-Ireland champions Tyrone must contest a quarter-final as group runners-up.
