Troy Parrott comes into the Ireland team against Greece in Piraeus, the one change from the side that came from behind to win 2-1 in Finland on Thursday.
Fresh from a sparkling opening blitz for his new club AZ Alkmaar, the 22-year-old made a cameo off the bench in Helsinki and replaces Finn Azaz.
The likelihood is he will operate in the position, just behind sole striker Evan Ferguson but may partner the Brighton striker.
For Greece, Liverpool’s Kostas Tsimikas is only fit enough for a place on the bench. He missed Thursday’s 2-1 win at Wembley, their third straight victory of the Nations League campaign.
Benfica’s Vangelis Pavlidis, who tormented England, leads their line.
