Killian Phillips says the Republic of Ireland must recover quickly from their Norwegian agony for an "all-or-nothing" bid to keep their European Under-21 Championship dream alive.

The Boys in Green were denied the guarantee of a play-off spot after a controversial last-gasp Norway equaliser was allowed to stand at Turner's Cross despite a blatant jersey pull.
